Freight Handlers:

Unloads and assembles product and materials to accommodate Ti/Hi requirements. Associate is responsible for inspecting inbound freight for damage and operating forklift and power jacks. Heavy lifting is required.

Team Leaders:

Responsible for an assigned group of Freight Handlers within a single location and ensures associates' productivity. Executing safety plans, driving customer satisfaction, training all associates and driving best in class performance and improvements are some of the key responsibilities of a Team Leader.

Site Business Leaders:

Oversee day to day functions and maintain associates' morale within a large facility or multiple site distribution complex Duties include executing safety plan, ensuring proper staffing requirements for the day, maintaining customer relations, executing the training of all associates, delivering cost control measures and driving best in class performance and improvements.

District Managers:

Handle multiple locations within a region. Duties include maintaining appropriate staffing levels and associate reviews. District Managers are also required to establish a culture of safety, scorecard accountability, regulatory compliance and driving best in class performance and improvements.
